On the one hand, the name SIUS is derived from the German and Italian names of the brewer Michael's home village of Siusi/Seis. On the other hand, the internationality of the name is a reminder of Michael's second home - Vienna. SIUS reflects the dualism - the tranquillity of the mountains and the pulsating city.

The art of brewing lies in the skillful combination of the components water, malt, hops and yeast. At SIUS, the balance in the combination of ingredients gives the beer its characteristic taste.
Whether at the summit after a hike, at dinner with your favorite people, under the parasol on the beach or a fun night in the pub (in the bar). SIUS always fits.
